An app goes through different stages during its publication process. You may check its status in the app’s publication panel within the Developers Console.
- Draft: When an app has been created but has still not been sent for review, it’ll be shown as Draft. At this point, you may edit any field from the publication form (mandatory or not), as well as delete it if you finally decide not to publish it.
- Pending: An app will be shown as Pending from the moment the developer sends it using the Submit for review until the request is solved (whether approved or rejected).
- Waiting for Publication: The app has been approved to be published on Uptodown. It’ll be publicly available in a matter of minutes.
- Published: The app is already published on Uptodown and available for download.
- Rejected: The app has been rejected for not meeting the publication criteria. While at this stage, all the fields can be edited again. You can also add a new app version and request its review; in such case, its status will be reverted to Draft.
- DMCA: The app has been disabled and it is not available for download due to a legal requirement made through this form.
Note: If you want to delete an app that has already been published, contact our support team.
